This girl I used to go to high school with got this atrocious peace sign with “hope” above it.  It looks like it says “Nopes”.  I asked her if she got it done in a shop.  She said “Nah the homie did it”. She then proceeded to get incredibly upset at all the people telling her how awful it looked and said that she liked it and repeatedly said “idgaf” about what people said about it.  In addition to this, she also got a crooked infinity symbol and a crooked heart.  - Submitted by Blood-Butt

This is a (badly- made) collage of a popular tattoo shop in my neighbouring town called “Whatever! Tattoos”- it seems that their name is also their work ethic. Because God, I cringe whenever I go to their facebook page (the photos are taken from there). They have one or two nice things, but the rest is just flat- out terrible. I don´t know it first- hand, but I heard from friends that in their studio, people smoke. *INSIDE* the studio. Santiary conditions.
And even if it *were* sanitary, the art is still too bad to be true.
My fav one is the bird, tbh. It looks like the stuff my 7-yo cousin draws.
Oh, and by the look of it, I´m fairly certain the Darth Vader tattoo is plagiarized from here or here. Their full- colour work is even worse.

Shop warning for Whatever! Tattoos in Friedberg (Hessia), Germany.

This is a tattoo of cliche birds with the word believe, the lines on the letters are horrible and the birds are just blobs, and the girl is so proud of it. It was done by a girl that does tattoos out of her home and they’re all absolute shit.

This is the best work (and that’s not sarcasm - sadly this IS his best work) of one of the ‘tattoo artists’ who my friend recommended to me when I said that I really wanted to expand on my own tattoos.
He ‘specialises’ in portraits, but they aren’t that great. He never does custom shit, and pulls almost all of his images from google, and ASKS people online if he can tattoo that image on them, rather than let his clients ask him for what they want. The girl on the foot tattoo (in the middle) is a friend of his, and he’s tattooed her face on at least 5 people that I know about, most of which don’t actually know HER, as he wants to impress her. The worst part is, she’s so beautiful in real life and he slaughters her image.
Sadly, the colour of the outer two pictures (the washed out grey-colour) is how most of his tattoos go within a few weeks of them healing - the ink he uses and his talent is so poor that within a month or so the colour almost completely drops out, leaving a 4 week old tattoo looking like it’s 15+ years old, and in dire need of a touch up.
The sad thing is, the other artists at the shop are actually alright, and their tattoos are a million times better than his, he just lets them down so much and is lazy and incompitant.

These kids are 18 and 19 and have been married for about 3 months, what better way to pay homage to their undying love with terrible tattoos? Let it also be noted that the husband is also recently divorced and has both a tribal horse tattoo that looks like the Broncos logo and a Supernatural anti-possession tattoo.

My shitty ex-roommate/ex-friend got an arm tattoo recently by Jen at Skin Prints in Eau Claire, WI. This is supposed to be a “Halloween Tree” with her son’s birthdate. There’s a second date on the tattoo that nobody knows what it could be. The line work on this tattoo is super horrible and the tree looks like a child drew it.

This girl went to my high school, and everyone always tells her how beautiful her half sleeve is. Not surprising, but she wasn’t 18 when she got it done either.

I saw this on one of my friend’s facebook’s, it’s his first tattoo. Apparently it’s supposed to be an eyeball but I honestly couldn’t tell what this was, he had to explain it.
